HOW TO REDEEM CHOCOLATE VAULT
ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATES
 

Step 1:

   Choose the items you wish to purchase,
add them to your shopping cart, and
proceed to checkout.
 

Step 2:

   Enter your billing address*, and shipping
information.
 

Step 3:

   Select "Chocolate Vault Online Gift
Certificate" as the payment type and enter
your Chocolate Vault Gift Certificate
Number and the amount*.

*Please note that if your order total exceeds the amount of The Chocolate Vault Online Gift Certificate,
you will be required to supply a credit card to complete your order (American Express, Visa, Mastercard
or Discover). If your total is less than the amount of the gift certificate, we will hold the balance in your
Online Gift Certificate account for a future purchase at The Chocolate Vault.


 ABOUT OUR ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATES:

  • Chocolate Vault Online Gift Certificates can only be redeemed through our website,
    www.chocolatevault.com.  They are not valid at The Chocolate Vault Building.
  • Chocolate Vault Online Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • The balance of any unused portion of a Chocolate Vault Online Gift Certificate will be
    placed in the recipient's Online Gift Certificate account.  Please call 1-800-525-1165 to check your Gift Certificate balance.
  • If The Chocolate Vault Online Gift Certificate does not fully cover the cost of your purchase
    and the shipping    , you will be required to pay the difference with a credit card
    (American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover).
