ON-LINE ORDERING

Order online using our shopping cart.
Make your selections by clicking on the
shopping cart button.
Your total, including shipping,
will be figured for you when you are finished.
You will be asked if you wish to use
Secure Ordering or Non-Secure Ordering.

SECURE ORDERING
This means that your credit card number will be encrypted for security whenever you
order online using this method.

NON-SECURE ORDERING
If you are not able to use a secure line to
order due to your company's firewalls,
choose this Non-Secure ordering method.

ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS

We will be happy to pack any combination of our
delicious confections that you would like to have shipped to you.
Please call us at 1-800-525-1165 and let us know of your special requests.

FAVOR ORDERS

Favor Orders can be placed months in advance in order reserve space on our mold schedule.
We only take a certain number of orders to assure quality and good service.

Orders cancelled within six (6) weeks of the ship date
will be charged a 15% cancellation fee to cover lost orders
and work already done on the cancelled order.

Orders cancelled within two (2) weeks of the ship date
will be charged a 20% cancellation fee to cover lost orders
and work already done on the cancelled order.

Orders cancelled after shipping will be charged a 50% cancellation fee to cover
work done on the order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

COLD PACK

For the warmer summer months (May thru September
or to very warm climates, any time,)
we offer a special insulated shipping cold pack
for which we add $7.00 to the shipping charge.
The pack remains cold for two to three days
while your chocolate is in transit.

We cannot be responsible for the condition of your
chocolate order upon arrival
if you do not choose the cold pak option.
